Portable Dust Monitor
Based on the principle of laser scattering, the portable dust monitor can detect particle mass concentrations up to 250 mg/m3 with particle sizes from 0.04 µm to 10 µm. Its robust design makes it suitable for mobile use. It can withstand media temperatures upto 500degC and enables precise measurements down to a dew point of 80degC. Measurement data can be displayed graphically or numerically on the touchscreen and simultaneously saved locally or to a USB flash drive. Easy handling, low maintenance, and an internal control function make the device a very user-friendly measuring instrument. A measurement curve specifically tailored to diesel particles enables a highly accurate determination of the particle mass concentration in the exhaust gas of diesel engines and generators.
